Cancellation policy

For new customers, a 100% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
A 12-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
In case of illness on the day of your appointment, we kindly ask that you cancel before 8:00 AM.
Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can begin your treatment on time.
If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to stay on schedule for the next guest. The full treatment price still applies.
